For some reason, this week has been entirely too stressful. It's almost as if I made things more complicated in my mind than they really were. I don't know why school is stressing me so much, cuz for once, I'm kicking ass in all of my major classes.

Hang in there girl! If it was easy, it wouldn't be worth doing. Trust me, going to college, and sticking it out, is not going to be a financial windfall, especially in the short term.

Two thoughts: 1. I still believe in education for education's sake. Quaint, corny, whatever, but the process of learning and stretching your mind is worth it, even without financial benefits.

2. This too shall pass, once it does, you won't get it back. Embrace it, enjoy it, make the most of it. The ten years or so from beginning of hs through college to first few years of work is the best opportunity to do things you'll NEVER have the chance to do again, or at least not anytime soon. Don't grow up too fast:)

You've always been right, Murph.
I agree with education for the sake of education, it's not corny - it's just not the first thing on my mind because there's no reminder of it on those bills that keep coming in! haha.
I think I may just print this out and post it near my desk. This outlook hadn't crossed my mind, and I'm sure the same goes for a lot of my peers.
