"Then get on it! We must have this thing up by the third moon. Or else we may not be able to secure out place of power."
"Yes, sir."
He sighed softly as he sat at his desk. Zaibe was a powerful man with great goals. He had long ago decided it was his destiny to rule both Junet and Ranique. It was only a matter of time before he did so. There was so much to do, his plans were working perfectly. As soon as the female was dead, the men of Junet would rule once more.
Junet dared not even to dream that night, for she must treasure her precious time. The time she will soon remain still to- never move forward to.
Yet she stared out of her window, thinking about Ranique. Wondering where all those memories went that went by so quick those very days. Yes, those days when she could slowly flutter her eyebrows to look up at him with a glance she knew would melt his heart. Those very short days that she wished would expand to now. Now.
Not even realizing she had fell into the deepest daydream, she abruptly awoke with a spiking sound that came from the closest wooden door.
