Matty nodded absent-mindedly, laughing at his sister's anger with Zac. He handed the bowl, turning to face Zac. "You know, she may not be able to use her wand, but she's a pretty tough kid nonetheless." He chuckled lightly.

"I can take her!" he said, putting up his fists and jumping around. Angelica merely laughed and rolled her eyes, still arranging the fruit onto a platter.

Sara scowled. "Yeah, okay," she huffed, taking out some toppings for the bagels she had just placed on a tray.

Matty's mum came in, not really paying attention to the kids. "Yep, the timer's about to go off, Jayla. Want me to take out the meats?"
