I have had my good days and I have had my bad days. My good days have been fair and my bad days, well, they are days kind of like today. When I find my mind not being able to banish the thoughts, when I walk into the grocery store and fall far below sad and when I sit at starbucks, reliving the moments, rethinking the situations and wondering,
