I commissioned a necklace/bracelet ( roses and pearls ) set from her.
She is very nice to deal with, keeps up great communication, very friendly person.
The items are beautifully done and shipped fast.
However I had a small complaint about the visible glue around the roses but she explained me that this was the most secure way to attach them.
She gave me guarantee that the jewelry would not break but if there should be any problems, she would fix them at no additional cost.
