i saw your question about eyeliner in a community and it owuld not allow me to post. so here it goes.

liquid eye liner is THE best, even if it is harder to apply.
... if your going to use pencil and you want to do the upper inner lid, put the pencil in the corner of your eye, and close your eye. then slide the pencil across not pushing too hard. it should get the top, and most likley even the bottom.
