So, I started reading that Twilight series you mentioned and absolutely have not been able to put it down for the past 2 days i'm on the third book already...and the 4th doesn't come out until what? next year in the fall, super lame...

Now what do you think about the fact that they are making the first book into a movie? hm?

It's a great story isn't it? The fourth book is scheduled to come out August 2008. It's beyond lame. heh. But! Think on this: the fifth book is supposed to be Twilight rewritten in Edward's point of view. Nice.

I'm not sure what I think. I'm excited, of course, at the thought of seeing it play out live action. I'm comforted by the fact that the author seems pleased with the adaption of the book. I don't think they plan on butchering the plot. However, as it is with most book-to-movie projects the casting concerns me. You know how it is. Everyone who reads the book has a preconceived notion of the characters appearance, their mannerisms, speech patterns, etc. As long as they don't pull a Queen of the Damned on the cast (No one in that movie looked like their book counterpart. Example: Marius! Wtf was that?) I'll be happy.

The casting does worry me, I'm fairly okay with who the picked for Bella and I have to say that the one that worries me the most is Edward...I cannot think of one single actor I would like to see as Edward...None of them are pretty enough! Not to mention Alice...though I'm fairly certain that if I looked long enough I could find someone I wouldn't mind playing her...
