It's been over a week now. It's still hard, trying to get use to the fact that he is really gone in another country. He's in Kabul right now, but in a couple days will be heading to Herat. He's not sure when yet. When he gets there, he will be able to get on his PC. So I will beable to talk to him more. He is also going to look into getting a cell

I am in kabul international airport waiting to go on a plane to herat in a few hours, you probably will here from me over there before u realize i wrote u on here- luckily they have in internet lab here at the airport i can type u on. anyhow, Turns out the plane dosnt take off for like 8 more hours so were kinda just waiting around now here for it and to load our trucks and gear and ourselves on it. Its diff being at an airport carring an m16 around and all, but then again theres lots of things diff here. how we made it to here without running someone over on our truck i dont know....they just dart in front of uhere like they wanna commit suicide, tehre not very bright on many things, including driving or even walking on the streets. It was nice to have the little kids all wave at us as we passed by though, i waved back to be nice and all.
