Oct 30, 2011 18:39

As some of my friends have just started watching Strictly Come Dancing this year, I have people to talk (read: squee) to about it.

But I have three series worth of squee that I haven't been able to act on! So, under the cut are my top 10 dances performed by celebrities since I started watching it in 2008.

Dancers: Patsy Kensit and Robin Windsor (Series 8)
Dance Style: Jive
Music: "Monster Mash" by Bobby Pickett

My comments: Patsy had so little confidence when she started, and it was so good to see her believe in herself and have more fun as the competition went on.

Dancers: Austin Healey and Erin Boag (Series 6)
Dance Style: Jive
Music: "You Can't Stop The Beat" from Hairspray

My comments: There's something about the way Austin dances this, as if he really doesn't care what people think of him for doing it, that always puts a smile on my face.
