i'm torn between rereading them and sending them to my dad via my brother. i think i'll start the the girl with trilogy. the millenium trilogy? is that what they call it? apparently this is going to be my big year for trilogies.

The Millenium Trilogy is The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, et al.

I will look up The Bone People.

I totally agree (except about the Haymitch part). There were some disappointments, but I liked the book over all. It just was my least favorite of the three. And even though I was glad she ended up with Peeta, it still seemed like she was not fully happy at the end of the story. Maybe she shouldn't have been, but I ended the book feeling somewhat depressed rather than satisfied.

Woo-hoo! My sister commented on my blog. Joyous occasion.

I knew there was something I meant to mention to you on the phone the other night- it was Mockingjay!

I agree, it didn't have the drive that the other two had. And, after all the hype about the romance part, it just kind of happened at the end. Of course, isn't that how romance usually happens? I did like that she ended up with Peeta though. And, that it was finally safe for her to want children. Mockingjay makes me think of how the world would be without the Lord though...
