Went to the emergency room last night because the pain got really bad ( Read more... ) -
Today sucks.
I blame the weather.
I woke up with a headache, my left ankle is sore, and taking vicodin for post-surgery pain today feels as effective as swallowing sugar pills. ;_; Hopefully this pain eases up soon. -

Surgery this morning went well. I got something nifty called a regional nerve block before surgery. Intitially after the injection was done everything below my right knee felt numb, by the time I was rolled to the operating room my leg felt like a block of wood, right now I can't feel ANYTHING from my kneecap to my toes. Well, I'm back from spending ten days in Oklahoma City. I had a good time. It was nice to spend time with Hana, Jen, and Paul. Missed them even before our flight left for KC. ;_ ( Read more... ) -

Good news: I now know why I've been in so much pain lately.
Bad news: Looks like I'll need another surgery to fix it.
Damn foot, quit breaking on me. ;_; -
