So. The last 4 days have been interesting. Just poking my head in to say that I'm okay--for the most part, Madison County was miraculously spared. We were just without power for a few days. Impossible! I've already met my major disaster quota for the decade!

Thank God you're alright! I keep hearing horror stories from Alabama,and the videos are just awful. I myself got caught in the bad one a few weeks ago in NC...I was out driving and luckily was with a friend who knew where there was an underground parking deck. A friend of mine lost her apartment. It's really sad :(
Just wait for May21st...A random so-called-Christian group is saying "it's guaranteed" that the world will end...*sigh*

Oh, I heard about the ones in NC--my uncle's apartment complex got hit, but luckily he was okay. Sad to hear your friend lost her apartment.

There will always be people saying the world's going to end. ::sigh:: I think I'll just wait and see what actually happens, and just keep living my life day-to-day. ::nod::

Will do! Am making sure to keep off the streets as much as I can. Just glad the traffic lights have come back on now, so we don't have to worry as much about wrecks making more of a mess of things. ::nod::
