Marie has a bad case of the poopies.

I’m giving her Lactus and fibre sachets which I bought from the pharmacy, some prune juice and I'm still tearing my hair out over how to help my little one.

She’d be in the midst of reading or playing and suddenly freeze with a stricken look on her face. Uh oh, poop’s coming. Or in her case, it takes half a day

Oh poor thing! Make her take more fruit and veg, that would help so much. Hope Marie feels better.

ohhhhhhhhhhhhh...your heart could break...I remember a GP telling me once how people have the misconception about talking lots of fiber helps constipation. Lotsa fiber without lotsa of fluids only makes it worse! So rem to load her up with lotsa fluids!
