Two Hundred Thirty Eighth Entry

I think I am having a quarterlife crisis....

As long as I remember all I wanted to do for now was to study diligently, finish the college as soon as possible and go to work.

But lately I am slacking off. I just don't want to go further anymore. I need the college but on the other side I don't really understand why. This is what people call laziness. ( Read more... )

If I wouldn't wonder what motivation one needs, I'd give you my opinion on that, but oh, I really don't know. D=
I guess best option is, stop thinking, just do whatever comes next. And I swear it helps a lot. Plus, I found myself called charming whenever doing came before thinking. *lol*

My motivation for school normally doesn't prevent me from slacking all too often. I'm slacking right now actually. It's terrible, absolutely terrible. Why for art thou slacking?

Anyway, the only advice I can offer is to look to the shoe. The Nike shoe that is: Just do it.

By the way, "quarterlife crisis" was an amusing image. Not to poke fun of you, it was just a funny thought.

So even with motivation people may slack o.o

Just do it =S. I have no motivation but I should just go on I guess. The end of the road can't be so bad huh -.-

Ah yes "quarterlife crisis" is a phrase I made on my own XDDD if no one never mentioned this before me. I am amused by the fact that it is analog to midlife crisis ^^

Well, people with a motivation may or may not slack as well. I was speaking more of myself personally, since I'm both the eternal student and slacker. If you feel you're slacking too much it could just because your classes and assignments have become routine. It will likely pass over time, hopefully sooner than later.

Anyway, maybe you just need to do something other than class work and assignments. Perhaps getting together with friends for a day or visiting family for a weekend? Or just a day alone to explore? I'm sure you can find something that doesn't involve stuff you do fairly often.

I fear I can't find any hole in my schedule which I can fill with joyful activities. No, it's rather that even if there are some holes I can't even bring myself to have fun. I will usually lie on my bed watching the ceiling and start daydreaming ='(
Not healthy T-T
