Halloween thoughts already?

Now I've been kinda thinking about Halloween costumes for a while now. I think ever since last Halloween, I've been wondering what I'll be next year lol. Last year I was the good witch. It was a fun outfit but I bought it used. Funny thing was, the used price was almost the same as the price on 3wishes.com, which gives us free shipping without a ( Read more... )

aww, you made chyio-chan sad! thedivaspeaks03 March 24 2008, 19:44:26 UTC
COSPLAY! but i like pirates, too. but cosplay is so much fun. i've got friends who do alot of their own outfits. but it's mostly the simple ones that they can piece together from things they have already and stuff they get on the cheap from thrift shops/garage sales. so you can go that route if you want. i had a friend who did the goth chick from Death Note. let's just say, all she really needed was the safety pins! heh. that wig for Orihime, is pretty hot. and apparently, now i have the boobs for it. :p but yeah, COSPLAY! COSPLAY! COSPLAY! XD

Chiyo chan? Or Chyio chan?

Who's that anyway? The only one I can think of named Chiyo was Granny Chiyo from Naruto.

I should also note that I have terrible luck when it comes to sewing. I mean god, Ryan does a better job than I do ^_^"

Sooo, yeah. No Misa :P

Chiyo chan is from Azumanga Daioh. i have the whole series (thinpack) if you want to watch it. she's so cute! you DO NOT want to make her sad. unless you're a sick person with a sick sense of humor! no make Chiyo sad!

and you DO NOT have to sew when it comes to SOME costumes. with that site, you got some ready made and like i said, thrift shops and garage sales can be your new best friend when it comes to cosplay.

but in preserving the sanctity of housewifeness, you CAN sew on a button, right?! :p

I was a pirate last year... I was kind of manly, though, because I had to wear a man's costume (I waited until last minute and that's all they had). It was fun, though!

Hehe well I haven't given up on the whole pirate thing. The only thing is that if I were to buy one of the two pirate outfits, it would be about 85 dollars total because I would need a black (or red) petticoat, as I didn't buy one with my outfit last year. I would also need the pirate hat, which is like 23-ish dollars. I also don't have pretty boots like that to wear.... soooo the total would be like 120 when I'm done anyway lol....
