student teaching is going well. elementary ain't no secondary, though. I liked John Deere much better than I like Harrison, even though I'm much more comfortable at Harrison since I've been there already. but whatevs, it's an experience, right? I'm finally figuring out what I want to do

Liz, I agree wholeheartedly that long distance relationships suck. The good news is that they usually aren't long distance forever. That's not always a great consolation, but it's something. It's also nice that you enjoy teaching a lot more than being a student, because you'll certainly end up being a teacher a lot longer than a student!
