Tired

It twas a very tiring day. My day was filled with orienting new nurses (granted I am only a new nurse myself but somehow I am now a senior nurse on the floor), and then at three o'clock discovering I was one of two RN's (Registered Nurses) on the floor for a floor with 50 beds. RN's can only do certain things and me being a bachelor degree nurse

Wow, your devotion to helping other people is warming to me. I don't think I could handle that kind of situation, though I have (and still am) considered psychology as a possible career path. It's slightly different. From what I can tell you are a strong person, just try not to let the job get the best of you. And kudos for being so important so soon, though I know it's stressful. *hugs*
