My core is never more hollow when such:
My body trembles, devoid of your touch.
The trembling aches, as I quiver with shakes,
Like the soundless, nameless shrieks of mandrakes.

The moon is full and the stars are scattered,
In shady sorrow I picture them shattered.
The jade rabbit my only companion,
Though I have no desire for a champion
