I've bought from them about half-a-dozen times (three computers and about three lots of accessories) and always found their machines easy to set up and use with the instructions they provide. One laptop didn't last as long as I'd hoped, but that seems to have been due to a power surge and thus not their fault. I also find their website the most user-friendly of its kind when it comes to working out what I need, which has generally been the clincher for me. I've never had occasion to use their customer service outside the sales process, but I gather it's not quite as good as it used to be (although I haven't been recommended anywhere better, either).

My first laptop was Dell and has lasted five years so far - it's slowing a little but still functions nicely.
