Try roasting... red, yellow, green,Peppers, along with red onions, courgettes, maybe thoses mini little sweetcorn-onthecob things, - bung them in an oven try whack on a little bit of olive oil on them stuff them in the oven and happy days tiger, pukka lovely stuff. Its good shit.
