The Dune Leader cards.
Under the cut. Take a peek, let me know what you think.
Things to note. In an expansion of the game, each faction got a new leader who represented the head of their family. I have indicated these leaders by small infinity symbols near the faction name on their card, and a small D in the lower right (D standing for "The *D*uel Expansion")
You'll also notice I give no fucks what movie I use things from. I've attempted to color adjust each image though, such that it matches the rest.
The colors I'm using are intended to match the wooden discs that will represent them.
Atreides. I need to pick which Paul Atreides and Lady Jessica to use.
Bene Gesserit. I need to pick what Princess Irulan to use.
The Guild. I'm using both crazy worm guy from the Lynch series, and an altered version of the Children of Dune navigator. The progression in navigator evolution being Olar -> Beric -> Edric
Harkonnen. It was hard to find a good picture of Feyd Rautha. I didn't want to use Sting, and the miniseries one was attractive, but most still images I found had him look goofy. I figured this looked the most sexy/mysterious.
The Imperium. Help me pick what Emperor and Princess Wensicia to use.
For the Fremen, I'm not sure what border to use. I'm torn between Brown and Yellow. Brown looks better on the ring, but if you look at the wooden pieces above, it looks fairly similar to Red. The Yellow is very distinct. Anyway, look at both sets, help me think of color, and pick which Stilgar to use.
