Oh yes, he is! I think this may be why I find him so adorable, he reminds me of how I get when I'm stressed, while Perry's neatfreak tendencies is more along the lines of how I want things when I'm not stressed.

I actually already read this and sulked because it was so good and I had a complete BLOCK on my fill and I was all "IT'S SO FUNNY AND IN CHARACTER! DAMN THEIR EYES!" Then I went and kicked stones and stared out at the ocean, sullen and deep. I'M PETTY LIKE THAT.

But, I am now calm and fill of marvy maturiosity. And can say THIS IS PERFECT! Write MOAR KKBB. I need MOAR to live. Won't you let me live?
