So remember this post about my sister and brother-in-law PCSing to Fort Bliss (El Paso), TX? They postponed the PCS because my brother-in-law needed to finish out a program here in Alabama. Texas is Alabama freaky weather x9000000000. El Paso is a crap hole, and I've only either driven through it by car or chilled in the bus stop.

Tell Ray to take a weekend trip to El Paso and then see if he wants to live there. Better yet, take the whole family. That'll convince him for sure.

I've never even been to Texas so I don't have a fair opinion, but I do live in Washington and can tell you I completely love it.
