ouch honey, that sucks!

Try cat and cow, be sure to tuck your pelvis in as you do cat, and stick your pelvis and butt out when you do cow. That will stretch your lower back.

Also, try laying on your stomach, and raise your right arm and left leg, don't just lift, but stretch them out at far as you can, and then do the other side. Hold each stretch for 10.

if you can handle them try sitting and twist your lower back to stretch it also can try standing and then very slowly bend at the waist to try to touch your toes. Bend your knees a little and get back up carefully.

Hope those help!

This website shows how to do them, they give real good instructions for doing the "toe touch" is a way that will not hurt.

Lay on the floor on your back. Pull your knees up to your chest, and wrap your arms around your knees (or as close as you can do it). Then gently rock side to side. It will message your lower back while keeping it in proper alignment. Make sure your lower back is flat to the floor before you start to rock.
