My mom and I just took Callie on a walk. I got a pedometer the other day at Walmart so I wore it. We took 2,089 steps! I read it's recommended you take 10,000 steps a day, and 15,000 to lose weight, which seems like a lot, but the walk for sure didn't seem like it was 2,000 steps at all, so who knows?
