When I was dating a guy with long hair, I had a date once where the waiter came up to us and said "Are you ladies ready to order?"

It can be something to laugh about later.

How long is your hair?

One time I got carded in a bar because I had a cookie monster t-shirt on. Heh. and I'm like... 23... but still look about 16.

I don't think I was ever mistaken for being older than I was..

Well, I typically get mistaken as being younger than I am. Over the past summer, I had told my co-workers and boss over at DTRA that I was a Junior, assuming that they understood I meant in college. It never came up in conversation until later that summer, when I learn they thought that I meant I was a Junior in High School. I've been mistaken as being 16 at one of my other summer internships as well, and even at the grocery store. I was helping my dad do some shopping and he had bought some wine, he was talking with the cashier and somehow they got on the subject of age and the cashiers says to my dad, "now this guy isn't 21, is he?" I was a little annoyed, but kinda amused as well. We both told her that, yes, I was indeed over 21. Though while it can be irritating, I'd rather be blessed with youthfulness than look twice my age.
