I'm not saying that the Angels aren't going to KICK ASS in the playoffs and World Series, in fact, there is no doubt in my mind that the Angels will WIN the WS, I just think that on Friday and Saturday they made FAR too many errors that should have been easy outs!

And yes GA has been on fire... but ONLY when it comes to batting. I can't remember the last time I've seen him take a dive for a ball... or ever for that matter! All that boy needs to do is HUSTLE! A little sprinting never hurt anyone.

In GA's defense, running on a wet infield SUCKS and is rather difficult to do. I'm not exactly sure which play you're talking about or when it was (I watched the game here, but I don't remember the little details like that), but the first few innings of the game for SS and 2B for both teams were pretty difficult to get any good movement. That's part of why we were able to hit so many base hits and even get on base.

Although I've been to my share of games when they lost, most of the games I've been to this season have ended with a win. And I've seen a good number of "milestones" this season. I saw Figgy set the stolen bases record, I saw Figgy get his award for setting the record a few games later (totally unplanned) and I saw Soscia's 700th win just the other night. I'm going today so I'm going with the opinion that I'm going to see another milestone: clinching the division :)

Granted, the field was probably still pretty wet for GA... he has STILL been making plays like that AAALLLLLLLLL season! I can't tell you how many times I've wanted to strangle him!

I will admit that GA has BATTED spectacularly, but the fact still remains that 7 times out of 10, GA does not rustle to get balls. I was talking to my dad, and he says that GA has never been big on hustling.
