Well an e-mail was just sent out to I think you as well (you play Pip too right?) with more details, but the gist is this: Dru kidnaps Connor, Bellatrix and Connor's sister. Bellatrix escapes and rescues Connor's sister, then needs help to rescue Connor, and of course the sister would need protection.

Will be preceded by a number of newspaper articles, one of which about the dissapearing Milieux Graduate, Connor.

May I have an NPC journalist contact Sherriff Angel about the Missing Person's report for a quote in the article? Even if it's no comment?

Sure, no problem. It would probably be something along the lines of "Inquiries are proceeding, but we cannot say anything else without impeding further investigations."

Excellent! Some details on the situation: Connor was supposed to have come to visit his family for a month, in late may/early June, but he never showed. Lawrence Reilly filed the missing person's report in June.
