Concert was great!!!!
I have finally had my release!!!! The concert was great. It was worth everything it took for me to get there. I needed this mini vacation. I was getting way too stressed with work/school/lino/michelle ... and I needed to just get away from everything and anything. I went to work and class and left Edinburg at about 2 something in the afternoon. Got to Austin at about 7-730. I parked and walked up and down 6th street for a couple of hours alone. It felt so great. I miss that. I miss downtown life and being on my own. My cousin Joseph and his girlfriend Alex met up with me like minutes before doors opened at Emo's. As soon as we walked in and cut through the indoors area I saw him. Robert Schwartzman. Damn that man is hot!!! I got to get a pic with him before the show started he's super nice and very friendly!
The only not nice person in this pic was that chic on the end from Polyphonic Spree. She was kinda annoyed that I hadn't bothered to know who they were. I heard them. Not my cup of tea. I was there for Rooney. Redwalls were good though I liked there sort of Beatles' sound.

After the concert I was able to see Robert again and get another picture. But before we could take it these two drunk ass girls (sisters) stepped in and to get a pic and I stepped back since I had one already and the older sis not only takes the picture but seriously embarasses the other, him and herself in the process. She tells him "Robert I have to tell you something, my sister here is in love with you! She has been in love with you ever since she saw you in Princess Diaries! She was 15 then and still loves you today! She should be the whole reason you are here in Austin, we added you to our myspace and *blah, blah, blah*..."
She just kept going on and on and her sis was just shocked and said "You are so mean, I can't believe you just did that!" So they got into this like major argument in front of him over this. I was thinking in my head "Damn!!! I can't believe you just did that to your sister! and I'm sure as hell he's not happy that they brought up Princess Diaries." I seriously doubt he wants people using that as his only claim to fame. He's an awesome singer and has tons of musical talent. He was so nice. You could see he felt awkward but he was trying really hard not to let it show. He just kept smiling saying "Oh, ok! Yeah thanks!"So when I was finally able to get him to the side to take the second pic (while they were still fighting) we took this pic.
Ah... I could say more but it's like super late or early... which ever... but I so needed this. I can't wait to go again next time they go to Emo's which according to them is every year.
