You need to get Image ready or animation shop to make blinkies and icons that change pics. Not sure how to make blinkies but when making moving icons that change pictures you need to use the animation sequence table. If you look in the help section it will tell you how to use it - i am not that good at it so i am not the one to ask really.

You need either ImageReady or Animationshop to make sparkles and moving icons. The easiest thing to do with moving icons is to make several slides in Photoshop and then combine them in Animationshop, using the animation wizard. Blinkie boxes are more difficult. I found a tutorial online that is helpful with that, but I haven't had a chance to do it yet.
