So Missy and I saw Spider Man 3 at the 12:01 tonight. When you see it (because you'll definately see it) let me know if you agree with
I thought it had too many good ideas shoved into one movie. Three villans really was too much. The Sandman had some good plot points, but he really wasn't necessary. They ended up rushing the movie way too much in order to start and finish all the plotlines. Venom, as expected, was just at the end. He was done pretty ell, I think (with the exception of not calling itself "we"). If you ask me, they should have focused on Harry vs Peter, Peter vs Brock, and then Spider Man vs Venom. Even that may have been a bit much for one movie. It actually sorta reminded me of how I felt about Pirates of the Carribean 2. Lots of good ideas, but not paced too well. Too many good ideas for one movie. I think the writers may be scared the series is going to lose steam, so they shove as much as they can in one flick. Not so good a plan. Emo dark Peter was sorta funny though. Loved the hair. And I think its obvious Venom will be back. All in all, not bad, but not as good as Spider Man 1 or 2.
