I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow, with a physician to talk about my migraines. With military insurance you have to go through your "primary care manager" before you can see any specialists, so I have to see them before I can actually see say, a neurologist or whatever

Since I'm going to school for massage therapy we've learned techniques that help with headaches and migranes. You should check out some massage therapists in your area, make sure they've graduated from an accediated school or have taken the National Certification test (they most likely had to) and are licesned. If you go to a massage therapist and explain what's going on they might be able to help you relieve these migranes. I know that since I learned these techniques, a few of them I am able to do to myself, it helps greatly w/my headaches that are wanting to turn into a migrane and they go away.

I would LOVE to go to a massage therapist... unfortunately it's not covered by my insurance. It's not too expensive on base but I have other expenses to worry about right now. So I guess I'll just have to see what the new drugs do for me. :)

Too bad you aren't here in MI, bc you could get free massages by me or any of the students :) When you're in MI you'll know who to hit up for a free massage :)
