What do you do when someone removes a copyright notice from a site that you have designed for them? Ok, the site may have been done as a favour, but the repayment favour was to have my name on it...

You keep putting it back up there. :-)
Or you ask them directly why they took it down.

Yep, I will be asking tonight. The fun thing is that as the CSS file is separate from the HTML, if they dispute my copyright of the design I can remove it without removing the content. :)
