oh and tell me how to install programs on here?
this is all proving to be a little more tricky than i first gave it credit for.

gaim is what i used when i had linux, and i still use it on windows. it works for both and is great.

naim owns gaim by alot. its easy to use. http://site.n.ml.org/info/naim/

I use gaim. It came with my Suse distro though, so I have no idea how to install it. Sorry man.
