acnl: day 180 w/ pics
22 april is day 180
stuff that's happened over the past 10 days.
-- i got street passed in a starbucks and picked up a new villager. this has happened to me before (aka mott) and i think i've figured out a pattern: before you open your game, on the main / home 3ds screen, you get a notice when you got someone's house via streetpass in acnl. sometimes there are 2 notices from the same streetpasser -- a note about the house and note that says, "hello from streetpasser". the second notice (aka "hello from..." ) means you received an animal villager. the next time i get street passed with a "hello" notification, i'm going to see if you delete or reject or not accept that "hello" notice, you will delete the animal villager plot/house (and with it the unwanted animal villager.)
bangle the peppy tiger. she's rather adorable so i guess she'll be staying in queequeg for awhile.

-- gulliver again.
-- ricky was sick. gave him meds.
-- bud was wandering around the shops.
-- caught roald sleeping on one of the logs.
-- tutu was in brewster's cafe:
-- bangle is out of her house most days. the majority of the time i see her in the museum.
-- it's nice to see the villagers visiting the museum.
-- 20 april (sunday) was bunny day (aka easter) in acnl kingdom. zipper t. bunny showed up.
-- extra fake rocks spawn on this day. you break them with your shovel and get eggs.
-- there's speculation in the 'net fandom that zipper is phyllis the pink pelican who works in the post office or it could be the one of several animals who have said they dislike their jobs throughout the series of animal crossing games.
-- anyhoo, you collect the 6 types of eggs and you get an easter basket with all 6 eggs. after that, you collect the rest of the eggs, eat them and if it has a special ticket, you can exchange it for egg themed furniture. or you eat the egg and you get a piece of candy. the eggs are either buried under ground, in balloon presents, inside fake rocks, appear as fish in rivers, ponds, and ocean and found underwater and look like underwater moving shadows or shaken from non-fruit bearing trees and pines.
-- if you give him candy, he gives it back.
-- dropped by the cafe. surprise! i ended up drinking the (in)famous pigeon milk latte. ugh...
-- and 22 april (aka today) is earth day ( or nature day as it is called in acnl kingdom.)
