On a parallel note (or maybe perpendicular, you figure), India needs to legalize and regulate prostitution and protect sex workers asap. It's funny how prostitution itself is not illegal but all businesses around it are. We are too vague about these things. The final victim is the sex-worker. They simply can't turn a blind eye to it anymore with soaring HIV positive cases and human trafficking.

Not just that. But legalizing prostitution will bring better control to the spread of the virus. It will also reduce the number of rape cases and beat down the number of sex offenders that keep showing up everywhere!
