Been reading about the multiple health benefits, these facts coupled with the fact that my favorite foods tend to be fruits, veggies, grains and beans...I think I might attempt being a (mostly) vegetarian for a while, see how I like it. I know when I eat mostly vegetarian foods/meals I feel a LOT better, not so sluggish and tired all the time

If you do go vegetarian, make sure you eat lots of protein-filled foods, get your amino acids, take EPA-DHA.
