Mom and I went to an early-onset dementia/Alzheimer's support group meeting last night.

It was surreal.

How's your dad doing? Did the doctors discover anything?

He's about the same. They haven't found anything yet but one guy at the group told us we NEED to make his doctor write him a referral to a neuropsychologist because that's who has the best chance of an official diagnosis.

Which we need. For financial reasons in the future.
