{19}Scared {Saga/Shou} - Chapter 2
“Two Miso Ramen coming” the cook said while he put two bowls of ramen in front of us. “Thank you” Tora said grabbing his chopsticks. “Itadakimasu” we both said starting to eat our meal.
“See, at the end the live went really well” Tora told me “There was nothing to be worried about” he finished. “Yeah you were right at the end” I answered him “like you always do” I said to him sarcastically “Hey what are you insinuating” Tora said a little back off at what I said to him “Nothing Tora, just nothing” I replied him still eating my miso ramen, with a grim on my face
“ah… whatever I’ll find out sooner or later” I just chuckle at Tora’s comment, knowing some of the methods that he uses to obtain whatever he wanted. At this fact, my mind began to work a thousand miles per second, how the heck did Tora find out what was Saga’s name? And most important, which methods did he used to get that information. “eh… Tora” just a growl was heard from where Tora was eating. “Just by curiosity, how did you find out about his name?”
“uh…” looking a little confused “are you talking about Saga?” he said with a piece of noodle coming out of the left side of his mouth and raising his face to fix his gaze on me . I just nodded my head “I already told you, I have my sources”
“Tora, what did you did?” I asked him again seriously “Nothing to serious to worry about, Shou-kun” “Tora-shi!” I yelled to him
“Ne Shou-kun, relax, it wasn’t something too serious” he said with a little grim on his face, that characteristic grim that he uses when he gets what he wanted, and this wasn’t and exception “I just had to ask some girls on the audience, who would have known that he might have all those fan girls” Tora said with a little chuckle
“jeez Tora, you don’t have repair” I said to him quite knowing exactly how he got that information from the girls, because I already had seen how his methods worked on girls before, and they were always effective. Tora started laughing at my comment; I just rolled my eyes thinking that Tora would always be Tora, no matter what. “Well Shou, I have to go now” I blinked at him confused, Tora got up from his seat and placed the money of his meal on the counter, where the cook took it and placed it on the cash register “Where are you going?” “I have some stuff to do, so see you later” he said waving his hand and going out of the Ramen stand. I just sighed and nodded in disapproval, knowing what that stuff was, I looked at where he was sitting and sighed again “he didn’t even finish his food”

I continue walking to my favorite Ramen Stand in the city, as I kept getting closer, I saw a figure leaving the stand and coming to the direction in which I was, he looked kind of familiar to me, but from where I have seen him; he passed near me and I catch a little look at his smile, I didn’t paid to much attention to that, but knowing somewhere on my mind that I had seen that smile before, until it hit me, remembering who that person was, he was Tora-San and I had seen him sometime ago at the live house with him, Shou-San.
“I wonder if Shou-san was with Tora-San” I thought to myself as I moved the little curtain to enter to the Ramen stand, and it looks like I was right at the end. There he was, sitting on one of the seats of the counter
“Konban wa, Ojii-san” I salute to the cook before taking a place near Shou “Oh, Konban wa Saga-kun, it’s been a while since the last time you came” he said while he started making my order, I didn’t had to tell him what I wanted, because he already knew that
“It’s just that I have been a little occupied with the band” I said to him while I looked through the corner of my eye at Shou, he has just finished eating his bowl of ramen “Another miso ramen, please” he said to the cook to then turn his head to where I was seating, maybe he felt that I was looking at him, I also turn my head to look at him, he had a surprised look on his face, perhaps from seeing me there, I just grim to myself “It’s there something I can help you with?” I asked him with a smile on my face, he just blinked at my face, like if he didn’t understand what I was saying to him. I laugh at his expression; he looked really cute like that. He blushed madly from embarrassment and punch me softly on my arm.
“Oi, don’t hit me” I said to him “then don’t laugh about me” he said sending me some death glares, making me shiver in fear, he could be a little scary sometimes, but still with a smile on my face “it’s just that you looked really funny a while ago” I said to him with a little smile, remembering how he looked, it was an image that I would never forget “by the way, my name is Saga, and yours?” I said offering my hand to him, already knowing what his name was, but he didn’t have to know that, right? He blinked at me one more time before taking my hand with of his hands “Shou” he answered me with a smile and a little blush over his face “Here are your orders” the cook told us while he placed our orders in front of us.
“Thank you oji-san” I said to him before eating, Shou just nodded his head. We started talking about different things while we were eating, at first Shou was a little shy and blinked, a lot, I found his blinking really cute, and made him look adorable, and I couldn’t stand to smile everything he did it, and then than smile would transform into a laugh accompany later with Shou’s laugh, the time passed, and Shou stopped being so shy like he was at the beginning
“I guess it’s time for me to leave” Shou said looking at his clock before rising from his seat and putting the money for his meal on the table “Good Bye, Saga” he said waving his hand before disappearing from the stand ”Good Bye Shou” I said to him before he was already gone. “Well, I must get going too, Oji-san” I said placing the money on the table “See you later Saga-Kun, and said hi to your family from my part, ok” “Hai” I said before stepping out of the Ramen stand
I started walking towards home when my cell phone began ringing; it was the leader of the band
“Moshi Moshi” “Oi Saga, I received your message, what’s up?” it was now or never, he had to tell to the leader now “ne, leader-san can we talk tomorrow on the cafe that is near the rehearsal studio” I asked him a little worried “yeah, but why? Saga is there something wrong?” “Ie, it’s something important that I have to tell you, personally” “Ok, then see you tomorrow, by the way, at what time?” “Maybe at 10:00 am” I said to him “Ok, then see you tomorrow” “Ok, bye” I said to him before hanging up, and continue walking towards my home, hopping that everything would turn out fine tomorrow.
-*-*-*-*-*- At the Cafe-*-*-*-*-*-
When I arrived at the café, leader-san was already there, sitting on a table at the back of the place. I went to where he was and I sit on the free seat that was in front of him
“Ohayou Saga-kun” he said to me with a smile “Ohayou” I replied to him, a waitress approach us and asked what we wanted “I would like a cappuccino, and you Saga” he asked me “Nothing, I’m fine like this” I said to them, the waitress nodded and leave, to then arrive a few minutes later with the coffee.
“So what do you wanted to tell me?” I swallowed hard at his questions, and I began getting a little scared and nervous, I was conscious that I would have to say it right now, “well, I wanted to tell you that I would like to leave the band” I said to him without the courage of looking right at his eyes while I said it
“WHAT!” he yelled and I felt everyone gaze on us, this was way different from when people looks at us while we are doing a live, I began to feel a little embarrassed and I think that leader-san also felt that way too; after a second of awkward silence everyone gaze started to fade away and they continue doing their own things, but there was still the awkward silence between us, until he spoke again “So this is serious, right? There isn’t anything I can do to make you change your mind?” he asked me and I just nodded my head from side to side, not thrusting too much on voice “I see, well I guess this is a goodbye, isn’t it” ”gomen nasai leader-san” I said to him while I got up from my seat “it was a pleasure working with you, and the other guys” I said to him bowing my head “The same” I heard him said before I leave the table and going to the exit door, I looked back at him for the last time before stepping out of the café.
