That's it. Off to an exercise class, then on to work. Start to make my lumpy self a little less lumpy and maybe help with some of the health issues. Hoping for some good tips.
It's a program for veterans to work at getting healthy again. Veterans apparently have a higher rate of obesity, diabetes and weight related illness than the population at large. I didn't actually look at what the acronym stands for: I just say it stands for Motivating Overweight Veterans to Exercise. Cuz that IS the purpose of the program. It teachs us about better nutrition and gives us an accountability group.
