Hi =)

I was just wondering if you would be willing to send me a copy of Paradise Lost or a link where I can read it at. I thought Trouble in Paradise was brilliant - great perespective from Angelina's P.O.V.

Thanks =)

Good question. I read it on her Yahoo Group and since I can't find it at Fiction Alley or Portkey, that may be the best place to go. You have to join to get access to the files, but it's very much worth it. Go here: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HP_Paradise/

I, too, love the Paradise Series. And thanks for the link to the fortune story site, Eb. It's an interesting story and an insightful look at our nation's past.

You're right. There's a link to the story here: http://teland.com/remember/har.html but I don't know if that's authorized or not. If not, Eb, you should know about it anyway. There's also a mention on the list of PDF versions, but I'm not sure where those are. I'd like to know as well.

Yeah, I drop in when I can... it's the days before break (yes!) so I can jump in when I can.

Hello my dearest darlingest pal,

I've been thinking about a lot of the things you mention, from a slightly different point of view, and I am moved to this thought:

People have astounding capacity, not only to endure oppression and terror, but to rise above it. In no instance that I can think of has any group of humans simply sat down and accepted their position of inferiority. It's hardcoded into the human soul that we are all equal in the eyes of the guy who created us... Science tells us that diamonds are the hardest substance in the world, but that's only because there's no way of testing the soul in the same manner. Souls win over diamonds every time.

I sincerely hope that you and the family are well- is your grandma settled into her new home well? I'll be around Sunday night/Monday morning for the Oscars, so if you have any time, I'd love to chat- miss you lots, though I know how busy you are.

Love and hugs.

Hey, girl -- the answer is YES for the Oscars if you're gonna have your usual party. I was invited to another thing, but will gladly laze around the house (I've got an early Monday morning) for your sake.

Also, am off work next week and will be around on AIM. When's your best chat time?
