Oh my!!!! *frantically searches for a bucket of ice water or ten* This is hot!!!!!!!
I loved how you have the time of Frodo's recovery as a framework story around the very hot memory of lovemaking with Sam and lavender oil in the Shire. That was so hopeful and reassuring and the ending made me grin happily. As for the memory of that love making... *fans self* I so loved the humour and the joy that characterizes Frodo and Sam's relationship and of course I cheered when we got to the bondage *wibbles* and Sam's teasing of Frodo was very very hot and then their climax was absolutely wonderful. No wonder that the smell of lavender affects the unconscious Frodo... :)
I loved how you wrote this! Thank you so very much for this great and hot contribution to the Lavender Oil Challenge!!! *big hugs*
I love that you start us with Frodo's healing and the use of lavender oil, show us WHY that has such wonderful associations for him, and then use his response to the sense memory to indicate that he is well on his way back.
I was quite distressed at poor Frodo's suffering and then you flashed back to that lovely memory! :-) I am glad he could escape his pain that way. This picture of Frodo and Sam is full of affection, playfulness and warmth. I liked the bit about Frodo associating Merry, Pippin and Sam with different smells - all of them so appropriate. I enjoyed them cuddling in the kitchen and the bit about Frodo's sensitive ears, LOL! And Sam's eye for a well-turned cheek *g* This really does feel like a lazy, warm summer day, with a lovely carefree Frodo and Sam all delightfully wrapped up in each other. And Aragorn's final thoughts are very encouraging. :-)
