I can change the width to whatever I like. The margins are set to auto, which is essentially default.
If this isn't custom, go to Custom Journal Style and adjust the journal width/unit of journal width. Percent and pixels differentiate in that percent is the general amount of screen that the journal should take up while pixel is an exact amount, for every resolution.
