I'm reading The Colour by Rose Tremain for my bookclub, and quite enjoying it so far. Although I am only about 40 pages in, so that may change. I thought I'd look at Chicklit to see what other people thought of it, only to discover that no one seems to have mentioned it. Ever

I did get your e-mail, and I have added it to my friends list, but I don't know that I have the time and energy to recommend a book a week for a whole month. Besides, I really don't think I'm up to recommending literary fiction - maybe biography would be more my thing. I don't know, I'll see how the studying goes and maybe sign up later.

It is a great idea though. Mmmmm. Booooooooooks.

Yup. I think I was the first person to sign up. I'm a bit nervous because I have to rec both fantasy and sci-fi next month. How do I choose? I have a metric shitload of fantasy and sci-fi novels kicking about this house, and at least half of them have been my favourite book while I was reading it.
