The illustration of the rabbits has me thinking it's the illustrator Shaun Tan. The couple being cute is Lullatone. The birds being around the bonfire is something by Tezuka. The dog with the AK47 is from a comic published by Drawn & Quarterly that John posted about before. The one with the yellow people and crazy colors is the design group Paper Rad. The last two are an Aztec codex and a still from the film version of Doctor Doolittle.

I actually did some asking around about the painting and it's not Bosch. I thought it was Bosch too, but it's a different crazy German from the 1500s: Matthias Grunewald. It's his "Temptation of Saint Anthony."
I'd recommend So Far. Believe me, you will not be disappointed. Easily the most criminally overlooked band of their era. Innovative, compelling, fun, mysterious. I can upload it if you want.

Here it is in full-blown complete panel mode.

Which group is that in that swell pic of synth porn? I'd want to say it's MEV but seriously... everyone looks the same in those photos, it seems.
I also feel like I'm watching that Colbert segment where he does free association, haha..
