You may be able to get them to let you take the Medieval and the History II during the same semester, but probably not before you've taken it (unless you are really tight with faculty in that department already, in which case if the college allows for such a thing they may be willing to do an override so you can take it out of sequence). It's worth a query/visit to the department/faculty. You have nothing to lose by asking.

Yeah, I will be talking to someone...once I figure out with whom to discuss this. Hey, the school (Georgia Gwinnett College) was only accredited in July, so my history teaching degree is a bit unsettled. Hey! At least I (now) have the list of classes required for graduation. It was the wonderful opportunity of this class facing me that jumped out. I want a class that is soul satisfying...this semester it is Art Appreciation & History.

Gotta love a 4-year, accredited school that is less than 10 minutes from the house.
