The promised PICTARS
I can't believe how much I've changed from this:
Geebus. If I had any doubts that it was working, the before and after pic of myself from the front dispelled those.
Ignorning the dog-ear of skin on my right side from my big slashy surgery scar, I like the way my back is turning out. I'm quite proud of how good it is looking, considering it's all fused and bolted, and some back workouts are hard on that.
This is my favourite. THIS is what I wanted.
So yes, feeling very proud of myself right now.
