Knowing when to stop and smell the metaphorical roses can be really difficult. I have that problem all the time. Lately I've been getting less sleep in order to be able to fit more down time into my schedule. Probably not a long term solution, but for now it's helping my mental health.
I'm trying hard to learn the same lesson. What I've learned so far is that it's important to have scheduled down time, so you can relax properly without feeling guilty for not doing something else.
