the house i previously mentioned as our 2nd choice was listed originally at 189...went down to 169 in 200 + days..so we made an offer of 161...they said no..so we made an offer of...

164 and they said yes!!! WE MIGHT HAVE A HOUSE BY THE BEGINNING OF JULY!!!!! YAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!

they counter bid..

and basically it was like our bid was ignored and they were trying to make it sound sweet, but its really too much.

So we are bidding on the second favorite place we saw. (still with fireplace!) and ten grand cheaper..actually 11, 900 cheaper.
