First of, existentialism ... What the heck? I mean, how can anyone really take this stuff seriously? Much worse, the existialist philosophy really resembles more of a religion now than a simple philosophy 'humans can can attain greatness by never making assumptions on reality, and by accepting that the idea of God is what holds us back from said ( Read more... )

When did I stop understanding Christianity? I don't know... I went to an Anglican mass with my sister on Easter Sunday, and it didn't make sense to me. Wasn't just a conscious thing; I just didn't get the flow of it, and somewhere in the middle of the service I realised I would probably have made more sense out of an Islamic ceremony. Maybe because an old, stale, white-painted church with about six people congregating at afternoon mass is no place to talk about God Incarnate...

well, sometimes (ok, alot of times) people have a hard time seperating the Holy Spirit, from the Religious Spirit. ;)
